Stage -1
Concept & Final Design + Planning

After an initial assessment to understand what is and isn't possible on your project, we usually move on to the design stage where creative design meets the requirements of planning conditions and restrictions.

Throughout this process, we will continuously check back to your design brief, and assess, adapt and refine it into a feasible project. Preparing planning permission including security measures.

Stage2
Technical Design + Building Regulations

Once your planning application is approved, we will move on to the technical design phase where your concept design will be transformed into something ready to be built. We will help you design simple, feasible and cost effective structural solutions with highly accurate building regulations drawings, structural calculations and specifications for your Building Code application.

In this step, we will put together all the pieces from your tender and construction drawings, all specifications detailing all materials, finishes, fixtures and fittings to your kitchen design and bathroom design.

At the end of this process, you will be able to decide for yourself whether you will continue with us for construction or invite other builders to tender.

We will send you a 3D computer model of your project for you to explore on your phone, tablet or computer, which will give you a vivid idea of how the space will look and feel so you can be sure exactly what is designed. Please note: You can choose to work with us at any stage of your project, but if we are starting from Phase 1, we will also be happy to guide your project in Phase 2 and / or Phase 3.

Stage 3
Contract Management + Construction and Materials

When we sign the contract for construction, we will prepare the Time and Action program. We will plan our steps and prepare all our builders and double check that they have the right skills, that their previous job is perfect, their health and safety records are spotless, their insurance is up to date. date and that they are the right choice for your project.

During construction, we will conduct periodic site visits and constantly monitor and evaluate your construction to make sure the building work meets your needs and wishes.
